Kenny has been a seasoned executive and board member in NGO field with more than 15 years of experience in organizational and people development. At the earliest years of career, Kenny worked in a global quality management firm targeting to implement international standards and compliances. In 2006, Kenny had a chance to join a programme in Kenya, East Africa for a prevention of HIV project and some rural village development works. Since then, Kenny has spent full time in the non-profit sector, having participated in several interesting development programmes in DPRK, Kenya, Inner Mongolia and lastly, stationed in Beijing for about seven years. In the past few years, Kenny was an Operation Director and Chief Executive in Chow Tai Fook Charity Foundation and Wu Zhi Qiao (Bridge to China) Charitable Foundation respectively to drive sustainable development in Mainland China. Currently, Kenny is a freelance consultant for innovative social impact and youth empowerment projects for corporations and NGOs.
