Virus count of HIV existing in saliva, sweats, tears and urine is insignificant to cause infection. People living with HIV may not have any initial symptoms and they cannot be identified by any external features; therefore only a HIV screening test can confirm whether a person has been infected.
The infection is caused by Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV). Since the virus cannot be replicated inside mosquitoes, HIV cannot be transmitted by mosquito bites.
HIV is transmitted through unprotected sex, but not by one’s sexual orientation. HIV exists within the carrier’s bodily fluids, such as semen, blood and Change: vaginal/prostate secretion. Through transmission of these bodily fluids, a person living with HIV can infect another person.
