Queenie is the Founder & CEO of The Project Futurus, a social enterprise that is committed to promoting the future of ageing. She is also the Managing Director at Forward Living Senior Community and Culture Homes responsible for elderly service development and customer experience design. Queenie is an appointed member of The Elderly Commission. She founded “Captain Softmeal” (軟餐俠) a platform dedicated to promoting dignity dining for elders and patients with swallowing difficulties and community program “Sensory Restaurant on Wheels” (流動五感大茶樓) – a program that delivers an immersive dim sum dining experience for elders living with dementia. In addition, Queenie dedicates her time in combating ageism and its impact on society through education on school campuses. Queenie hopes to nurture students’ positive value and sense of empathy. Also, she is also a TEDx speaker, an Enterprise Advisor at CLAP@JC, and a Ming Pao columnist.
Queenie holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, specializing in Marketing and Information Systems from the University of Washington (USA). She is also pursuing a master’s degree in Dementia at the University of Stirling (UK) (2022-2025). She is also a certified Personal Care Worker and an Eden Associate advocating for human-centric care.
