Amy is currently Senior Manager, Diversity and Responsible Business at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer, an international law firm. As part of her role, she is also the global lead of LGBTQ+ inclusion for the firm. Amy oversees all aspects of Freshfields’ corporate sustainability, specializing in diversity and inclusion across the Asia region. Her role requires her to engage with colleagues, partners, clients and civil society partners.
Prior to Freshfields and a career break, she was President of Bottega Veneta Asia Pacific and CFO of Gucci Group Asia Pacific. Her roles required extensive international travel, working with many offices and interacting with different parts of each organization. Amy is experienced in managing teams of different generations, cultures and socio-backgrounds. She is a UK-qualified Chartered Accountant and worked in the UK before returning to Hong Kong where she grew up.
Amy is a lover of animals, has many pets herself and is a regular volunteer at various animal charities. She has also held board director responsibilities at Cambodia Children’s Fund Hong Kong.
