Care ambassador home visit
Our Care Ambassadors understand the needs of PLHIV. They provide checkup visit services for PLHIV staying in hospitals, living alone or for those lacking family and friends. Ambassadors also provide clinic escort services for PLHIV not familiar with the clinic environment or for PLHIV with mobility problems.
Ride Concern
We provide free “Ride Concern” transportation services for PLHIV with mobility problems or those who need assistance to attend their clinical appointments, making sure that they are able to attend clinical appointments on time.
